Leprechaun "Catch a Rainbow" Treats

Look at what this little Leprechaun is giving out for St. Patty's Day! Catch a Rainbow M&M Treats - and these couldn't be easier!!

I started out with 1" x 8" sticky seal clear bags (I purchased mine through www.gtbag.com); 1 medium bag of M&M's (you can put together 15 treats with 1 bag of M&M's); some card stock, stamps and ink for the tags; and some ribbon to tie it all together.
